Established in 1998 by founder Rogers P. Freedlund Jr., American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS) set out to become a premier provider of F&I products and services. The company’s vision is to lead the industry in innovation, flexibility, integrity, and profitability in administering and insuring vehicle service contracts.
In January 2023, AGWS was acquired by The Reynolds and Reynolds Company. This strategic acquisition combines AGWS’s expertise and service excellence with Reynolds resources and scalability, opening new avenues for growth and expansion.
With a dedicated team of over 150 professionals, AGWS emphasizes delivering quality products and services to customers. The company’s motto, “Every Way Forward,” reflects its commitment to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions.
