In 2011, Jon was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, during which time he updated business processes, expanded the Sales Department, and led the sales team through a period of record growth.

Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, has assisted AGWS since its inception and has overseen IT operations since he formally joined in 2006. Dan also serves as the President of American Guardian Systems, Inc. He was promoted to Vice President of IT and Operations in 2011. Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. joined in 2020 with over 20 years in executive financial roles with various Chicago and several international companies. Doug has been a founding partner in several startups and part of ownership in several private equity buyouts. Doug has extensive experience in raising capital, M&A, strategy, and corporate development.
Matt G. Weil
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. joined as Legal Counsel in 2006. In 2011, Matt was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel. He manages corporate litigation, contracts, compliance, state filings, intellectual property, and other legal matters.
John A. Wendt
Senior Vice President of Claims and Underwriting for American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. John has overseen the AGWS Call Center since its inception in 1998. Since his promotion in 2011 to Vice President of Claims and Underwriting, he has expanded the company’s support team and continues to oversee the Call Center.
