Step 1: Go to the Claims Portal

1) Go to URL https://claims.agws.com.
2) Select “Get Started.”

Step 2: Login

Option 1: Contract Number
1) Enter Last Name.
2) Enter Contract Number.
3) Select “Login.”

Option 2: By Vehicle
1) Enter Last Name.
2) Enter VIN, Chassis VIN, or Hull Number.
3) Select “Login.”

You are now ready to review agreements, start a new claim or review past claims.
