Important Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
To American Guardian’s Valued Partners,
Thank you for your continued support and dedication during these challenging times. We know how difficult it is to be productive as we all adjust to a new normal, which seems anything but normal. We know how normal and exceptional delivery of service is to all of our customers. We continue to strive to exceed expectations in the delivery of service.
Our technology and service teams continue to work diligently to support our service teams that are remote or in the office. We are monitoring key deliverables like response times and hold times to keep them low for customers. We continue to actively manage these deliverables as part of our ongoing commitment to high levels of service. Over the last month call volumes have dropped, and we have continually worked to make sure we are available when needed.
Limited staffing does not mean limited service. We have not modified our service hours, and we continue to be fully staffed. Our teams are available to provide service within our normal operating hours.
As part of our commitment to communication and service, we continue to expand a resource of links to official information and resources on COVID-19 on our website. As we have relationships across the country, we felt it was worthwhile to include this extensive list. We hope these resources help to answer many of your questions and help people stay healthy by limiting their risk of exposure.
