To American Guardian’s Valued Partners,
With the continued spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), American Guardian has taken additional steps to safeguard our staff and their families and continue to provide high levels of service. As of today, we have limited our home office staff and most are working remotely. We have taken measures to maintain social distancing in the office and continue to make sure sanitizing and soap products are consistently available to staff.
Our technology and service teams continue to work diligently to support our service teams that are remote or in the office. We are monitoring key deliverables like response times and hold times to keep them low for customers. We continue to actively manage these deliverables as part of our ongoing commitment to high levels of service.
Limited staffing does not mean limited service. We have not modified our service hours, and we continue to be fully staffed. Our teams are available to provide service within our normal operating hours.
As part of our commitment to communication and service, we have also built a resource of links to official information and resources on COVID-19 on our website. As we have relationships across the country, we felt it was worthwhile to include this extensive list. We hope this resource helps answer many questions and helps people stay healthy by avoiding the chance of exposure.
