Labor rate increase request submission
Labor rate increases will be reviewed as they are received and in some cases, additional investigation may be needed. If we are unable to approve the requested rate increase, a response letter will be sent back to your dealership/repair facility. The response time to reply or update any new rates may take a couple days before it is reflected on any future claims.
