How Do I Start A Vehicle Service Claim?

• To start your claim for a Vehicle Service Contract, please locate a licensed repair facility of your choice.
• Give the repair facility your service agreement so that they can contact the Claims Department at American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc.
• Authorize the repair facility to diagnose the problem with the vehicle. The repair facility must obtain repair authorization from American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. prior to completing repairs.

• Please visit the AGWSclaims online application to begin the claims process.
• Reference the information contained on the “How to Access Your Portal” and the “User Guide” pages for instructions on how to submit a claim via the AGWSclaims online application.

How Do I Start An Appearance Claim?

• Please visit the AGWSclaims online application to begin the claims process.
• Reference the information contained on the “How to Access Your Portal” and the “User Guide” pages for instructions on how to submit a claim via the AGWSclaims online application.

How Do I Start A Tire & Wheel Claim?

• Protect your vehicle from further damage.
• If necessary, have your vehicle towed to the nearest repair facility, do not drive the vehicle.
• Locate a licensed repair facility of your choice.
• If the vehicle is a RV, you may be able to contact a local mobile repair facility for tire repair or replacement.
• Provide the repair facility with your service agreement so that they can contact the Claims Department at American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc.
• Authorize the repair facility to diagnose the problem with the vehicle.
• The repair facility must obtain repair authorization from American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. prior to completing repairs.
• AGWS has National Fleet Accounts with Discount Tire, Firestone, and Pep Boys.
• Please email Customersupport@agwsinc.com and provide your name, phone number, contract number, and a brief description of the necessary repair.

How Do I Start A Key Replacement Claim?

• AGWS recommends contacting your selling Dealer if possible.
• Otherwise, locate a licensed repair facility of your choice that has the capability to replace your key. (Please note that not all Dealers or repair facilities have the ability to replace your key).
• Provide the repair facility with your service agreement so that they can contact the Claims Department at American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc.
• Authorize the repair facility to determine if they can replace your key.
• The repair facility must obtain repair authorization from American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. prior to completing repairs.
